TTS adopts the pre-contract model for services beginning from the initialestimate of construction cost, often based on minimum information, and proceeds as design develops testing each stage which encompass value engineering and other cost planning tools and techniques.
TTS offer clients post-contract services where the duties are but are not limited to valuation of the construction progress, recommendations for interim payments time value assessments, budget reconciliation, report writing, variations entitlement and assessments cost to completion. These constitute the necessary skills set in order execute the works diligently and with a high degree of accuracy.
