Staff members from other disciplines for example, bachelors degree in engineering are encouraged to undertake membership examination to the RICS thus keeping a high degree of professionalism in the company. TTS adopts the pre-contract model for services beginning from the initialestimate of construction cost, often based on minimum information, and proceeds as design develops testing each stage which encompass value engineering and other cost planning tools and techniques.
TTS offer clients post-contract services where the duties are but are not limited to valuation of the construction progress, recommendations for interim payments time value assessments, budget reconciliation, report writing, variations entitlement and assessments cost to completion. These constitute the necessary skills set in order execute the works diligently and with a high degree of accuracy.

In addition we provide accurate cost management throughout the project, by assessing the veracity and magnitude of Contractor’s submitted variations and claims for additional costs, which then enables us to give relevant and clear projections of the client’s total expenditure and exposure.
TTS, with the benefit of our experience and historical data, gives comfort to the client that they are being well represented and defended against the Contractor’s entitlements and claims when agreeing final account.
